Technical Services Program Manager

From developing courses and trainings to working on a remote monitoring and management platform for water projects, Tess is driven by a desire to help communities flourish. She has eight years of experience in the WASH sector as a civil engineer and diverse expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning and program management—specifically for safe water and community health projects in West and East Africa. She and her husband live in California’s San Francisco Bay area, where she enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and solving jigsaw puzzles.
