Meet Our Team
Christian Ngang is our Technical Advisor with over a decade of experience designing climate-resilient water systems, emergency WASH programs, and infrastructure across Africa. He holds a Master of Engineering in Water, Sanitation, and Health Engineering and a Master of Industrial Chemistry and Environmental Engineering.
Irene Lemelo is the East Africa Project Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has eight years of experience in the WASH sector focused on rural water systems.
Kogi Chege is a senior technical advisor specializing in sustainable water infrastructure. He is an experienced electro-mechanical engineer with nearly 20 years in the water sector. Throughout his career, he has provided technical leadership and consulting for projects across Africa and the Middle East.
Tess Brodie is a Technical Services Program Manager. From developing courses and trainings to working on a remote monitoring and management platform for water projects, she is driven by a desire to help communities flourish. She has eight years of experience in the WASH sector as a civil engineer.
Will Garde is a licensed professional engineer with more than a decade of experience helping organizations plan, build, and manage sustainable water systems. As our Senior Director of Technical Services, he welcomes the opportunity to learn about your project needs and explore how his team can support your goals.
