Nazia Naqvi
Nazia brings nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of climate action and sustainability. She previously worked at Verra, where she supported project developers in navigating Carbon Programs and Standards to achieve their climate goals.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s in Energy Studies, Nazia has hands-on experience across Carbon Standards and has also served in a Validation and Verification Body (VVB), giving her both strong technical expertise and practical insight into carbon finance.
Passionate about addressing climate change and improving access to safe water, she leverages her carbon market experience to create meaningful, long-lasting impact for communities in need.
Outside of work, Nazia enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, cooking and baking, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family.
