Eileen Dyer Jarnholt

Eileen leads the East Africa Portfolio at Global Water Center, specializing in capacity development for utilities and educational institutions. She holds a PhD in international development studies focused on sustainable development in East Africa. With experience in project management, program advising, grant writing, and teaching at various levels, Eileen brings extensive expertise in managing programs and projects in complex environments. Originally from the Southern U.S., she now lives in Denmark with her family.
