Pamela Crane-Hoover, GWC’s Chief Strategy Officer, recently presented a poster at the UNC Water and Health Conference on Sureflow Analytics—our innovative monitoring and management platform designed to address the unique challenges of rural water management.

Developed in partnership with Assetas, Sureflow Analytics empowers rural water service providers by converting complex data into actionable reports. This reduces the time spent on scheduling and reporting, improving operational efficiency and the overall quality of service delivery.

In its pilot phase, organizations in Central America and Uganda reported that using Sureflow Analytics saved them up to 32 workdays per year. This valuable time savings allows service providers to focus on their core mission—improving water access. The tool has already led to significant operational improvements, making it a transformative solution for rural water management.

During her presentation, Pamela highlighted how Sureflow Analytics streamlines operations, providing field managers with timely, relevant data that helps organizations allocate resources more effectively. This enables better service delivery in low-resource settings, ensuring that clean water reaches communities in need.

Sureflow Analytics is proving to be a game-changer in enhancing the efficiency and impact of rural water services worldwide.
