This online course is designed for both technical and non-technical individuals involved in rural water supply. It offers the flexibility to work on your own schedule while also benefiting from interactive group discussions.

Prerequisites: Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection and Microsoft Office applications.  

Time commitment: 5-8 hours per week over the 5-week course

Description

Learn to assess the feasibility of solar powered water systems (SPWS) in specific contexts, identify opportunities and risks associated with SPWS, recommend improvements, and advocate for sustainable and equitable water supply solutions. 

This course is highly recommended prior to enrolling in the “Designing Solar Powered Water Systems” course.
