Francisca “Fran” is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a master’s in human resource management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, a Bachelor’s in Latin American and Caribbean Studies, and a Studio Art major with a concentration in Printmaking from the College of Charleston.   

Fran has experience managing diverse HR functions, including employee performance, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. She has also worked in a legal support capacity while overseeing clients providing translation services—bilingual English and Spanish—ensuring effective communication and support for Spanish-speaking individuals.
