Description:Â This course is designed to help organizations move from reactive repairs to a professionalized, strategic approach for maintaining rural water infrastructure. Through scenario-based lessons, practical tools, and reflection activities, participants learn to identify and address weaknesses in supply chain management, set up systems for preventative maintenance, manage logistics efficiently, and source high-quality materials.
