Pamela Crane-Hoover is stepping away from her role as Chief Operating Officer at Global Water Center (GWC) to focus on spending more time with her family. She will continue to serve as an advisor to GWC.
While we are sad to see Pamela leave her day-to-day role, we are deeply grateful for the leadership, vision, and dedication she has brought to GWC. Since joining the organization, Pamela has helped strengthen our strategic direction, build key partnerships, and position GWC for continued impact across the global water sector.
Pamela’s leadership has helped build a stronger organization and prepare GWC for the future. The progress we have made together is a testament to her commitment and expertise.
“Pamela has been one of the most dedicated, thoughtful, and effective leaders I’ve had the privilege of working alongside,” said TJ Johnston, CEO. “She brings a rare combination of strategic vision, hard work, grace, and humility, along with a remarkable ability to see what’s needed for the future while never losing sight of the people around her. Her impact on Global Water Center will be felt for years to come, and we are deeply grateful for her leadership and service.”
As Pamela transitions from her current role, she will remain connected to GWC in ways that continue to support our mission over the coming year. We are grateful that her wisdom and experience will continue to be part of our journey.
Reflecting on her time at GWC, Pamela shared:
“My time at Global Water Center has been one of the most meaningful seasons of my career. I’m deeply grateful for the people, partnerships, and shared commitment to solving the global water crisis that made this work so rewarding. I leave with a full heart and great confidence in what lies ahead for GWC.”
Please join us in thanking Pamela for her leadership, friendship, and service. We wish her and her family every blessing in this next season.
