Description: This course guides practitioners through the critical issues shaping sustainable groundwater governance — from understanding aquifer systems, monitoring gaps, and policy failures to mapping stakeholders and crafting persuasive advocacy strategies. Learners analyze real-world groundwater governance challenges and build a complete advocacy strategy they can apply directly to their own professional contexts.
Audience: This course is designed for water sector professionals who want to understand and influence groundwater governance—not just from a technical standpoint, but through the lens of policy and advocacy.

- Work with an NGO, government agency, or donor organization on water resource management.
- Are a policy advisor, planner, or program manager seeking to strengthen groundwater governance.
