Heidi Fuller
As Director of Training, Heidi designs and delivers learning experiences that translate directly into measurable skill and knowledge improvement. She believes training should spark curiosity and bring back the joy of learning — a philosophy that stands as the antidote to the all-too-familiar “death by PowerPoint” approach to adult education.
That belief in the power of transformative experience also shapes Heidi’s passion for her work. After witnessing the dangers of contaminated water firsthand while biking through India and Southeast Asia in the early 2000s, she became deeply committed to improving access to safe water — and to making sure the people doing that work are as knowledgeable and skilled as possible.
Outside of work, Heidi can be found on the slopes, on the trails, or camping somewhere remote with her two kids — fueled by a deep belief in the restorative power of time spent in nature.
