Vida Duti
Country Director, IRC Ghana
Vida Duti is a globally respected leader with more than 25 years of experience driving policy reform, systems change, and strategic partnerships in the WASH sector. She currently serves as the Country Director of IRC Ghana and Director of Strategy and Programme Quality for IRC Global, leading programs across Africa and beyond.
A recipient of the 2019 OFID Annual Award for Development, Vida is known for her deep commitment to collaboration and sector transformation. Her leadership aligns closely with Global Water Center’s focus on building capacity and equipping leaders to solve the global water crisis together.
Vida lives in Accra, Ghana with her husband, son and other family members. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for family and friends.
