Senior Technical Advisor

Reuben Kogi is the Global Water Center’s senior technical advisor of sustainable water infrastructure. In 2023, he joined GWC as a consultant to facilitate solar-powered water systems courses and offer in-person training in Karnataka, India.

With almost 20 years in the water sector, Kogi is an experienced electro-mechanical engineer. He has been a commercial leader and consultant for global companies in the water sector in multiple countries in Africa and most recently, the Middle East. Additionally, Kogi previously delivered technical training to Water Mission staff. As a subject matter expert in sustainable water solutions, Kogi will be helping GWC in both its learning and technical services. Kogi lives with his wife and three children in Nairobi, Kenya. When he’s not dealing with water, he enjoys cycling, traveling, and serving his local church.
