Katy has nearly 15 years of experience in building culture and growing companies strategically. She is passionate about cultivating successful and positive partnerships with our team, while developing and integrating effective programs in human resources strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and risk management. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Katy has worked in the insurance, healthcare, and software industries serving on various boards including Associated Builders and Contractors, National Association of Women in Construction, Trident United Way, and Palmetto Society for Human Resource Management. Katy lives with her husband and two young boys in Mount Pleasant, SC, where they love seeking out new adventures and creating memories together.
